It’s now been more than six months since my last post — a slightly embarrassing one which really shouldn’t have remained at the top of my blog for so long! So here’s a quick summary of the past six months, after which I’ll be able to resume my normal frequent (🤣) posting.
- I recovered well from my late-June surgery, and am now “strong, like ox.”
- We now have a working sump pump.
- Cabot had another bad flooding (on the anniversary of last year’s!), but nowhere near as devastating as before.
- I got COVID boosters in July (old one again) and December (new one).
- We saw family again at Keuka Lake.
- I resumed recorder lessons after a 50-year hiatus.
- We found a terrific woman to help out with our gardens.
- I returned to Marquette for more work on Anduin™.
- Lots of family comings and goings around Christmas.
- I have returned to Lima, Peru, and will be in residence at “Edificio Mythos” (“Mythology House”) in Barranco until the first of April.
So now you know everything! You see, you weren’t missing all that much.…
